Preventive Maintenance Program Support
We can assist maintenance departments with preventive maintenance planning and execution by reviewing equipment at the facility and organizing maintenance requirements around the equipment being serviced.

Equipment Repairs, Rebuilds and Refurbishing
We support industrial equipment repair and rebuild projects both onsite and through the Cambridge shop. When facility conditions allow, repairs and rebuilds can be completed where the equipment is installed.
If onsite space is limited or shop-based work is more practical, equipment can be brought to the Cambridge shop for rebuilding or refurbishing.

We can provide Red Seal Millwrights to supplement an existing maintenance department during vacations, shift coverage needs and other planned periods. Coverage can range from a short requirement such as one week to a longer seasonal period such as an entire summer.
What if our maintenance department just needs extra skilled labour for a planned period?
We can provide temporary or longer-term millwright labour alongside your existing maintenance staff for planned maintenance work, equipment repairs, rebuilds and scheduled shutdown requirements.
Can you help us build a preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements?
We can review equipment and maintenance requirements at the facility and help develop a preventive maintenance program based on OEM maintenance requirements.
We already have a preventive maintenance program. Can your millwrights work from it?
Yes. We can provide millwright labour to help carry out an existing preventive maintenance program and support the maintenance tasks already planned by your facility.
Do equipment repairs and rebuilds have to be completed onsite?
No. Repairs and rebuilds can be completed onsite when the facility and project conditions allow. If space is limited or shop-based work is more practical, equipment can be brought to our Cambridge shop for rebuilding or refurbishing.
